It sits in the **ENGAGEMENTS** group in the left-hand navigation, alongside Instagram, Messenger, Email, and Voice Campaigns. The WhatsApp channel is organised into two areas: * **Templates:** Create, manage, and track pre-approved message formats used for outbound messaging. Templates support headers, formatted body content with variables, footers, and interactive buttons, and must be approved by Meta before they can be used. * **Campaigns:** Send your approved templates to selected user groups, schedule delivery or send instantly, control delivery with batching, and track performance metrics such as sent, delivered, read, and failed. > Campaigns require approved WhatsApp templates and valid user consent for compliance, so it is recommended to create and get your template approved before building a campaign.
