# Instagram

The Instagram tab under *Interactions* helps teams efficiently manage engagement across posts by tracking, reviewing, and replying to user comments. It brings all your Instagram post metrics and conversations into a single, actionable view.

## Post Overview Table

This section lists all published Instagram posts for the connected account with key engagement metrics.

* **Post Preview**: Thumbnail and caption preview for quick identification
* **Publishing Date**: Timestamp of when the post went live
* **Likes**: Total likes received
* **Comments**: Total comment count
* **Shares**: Number of times the post was shared
* **Follows**: Follows generated from the post

## View Post Details

Clicking on any row opens the detailed view of the post along with comment interactions.

### **Comments Tab**

This is where your team can engage directly with users commenting on posts.

* View all comments in a chronological thread.
* Reply to comments using the rich text input field at the bottom.
* Use filters to narrow down comments by **date**, **text**, or **username**.
* A post preview appears on the right for quick reference

### **Metrics Tab**

This section displays a focused breakdown of engagement on that post:

* Total **Likes**, **Comments**, **Shares**, and **Follows** gained.

These metrics mirror the numbers from the All Posts view, but isolate them per post.
