User Groups
The User Groups section provides advanced user segmentation and management capabilities for organizing users into targeted collections across your angoor.ai workspace. This feature enables administrators to create both static and dynamic user groups, apply complex filtering criteria, and maintain organized user segments for targeted communication and analysis.
User Groups Dashboard
The main dashboard displays all user groups with comprehensive tracking and management information:
Group Name: Identifier and title of the user collection
Number of Users: Total count of users within each group
Status: Active status indicator showing group operational state
Date Created: Timestamp of initial group creation with sorting capabilities
Created By: User attribution for group creation tracking
Tags: Organizational labels for categorization and filtering

User Group Detail View
Clicking any user group opens a detailed management interface displaying all group members with comprehensive user information. The interface includes user IDs, names, phone numbers, and primary communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email). A dedicated User Group Details panel shows group metadata including user count, description, attributes, source information, and creation timestamps.

Importing by CSV file
Create user groups by uploading CSV files containing user data. For detailed instructions, refer to the "Importing by CSV file" section in the All Users documentation.
