The Credit Management section under Account Management provides comprehensive tools for monitoring, purchasing, and managing API usage credits across your Angoor.ai workspace. This system ensures transparent cost control and prevents service interruptions due to insufficient credits.

Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard displays essential credit information and usage metrics:

  • Available Credits — Current credit balance.

  • Next Refresh Date — When credits will be replenished.

  • Your Plan — Current subscription tier.

  • Upgrade Option — Quick access to plan upgrades for additional credits

  • Consumption Overview Chart — Line graph showing daily credit usage patterns

  • Top Channels Distribution — Pie chart displaying credit consumption by channel.

  • Consumption Details Table — Granular breakdown by feature, showing credits consumed, cost per unit, and total spend

Credit Purchase Process

Step 1: Credit Selection

Define the credit amount and select recurrence options including One Time Purchase, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly billing with automatic discount application for recurring payments.

Set up recurring payments to avoid service interruptions during high-usage periods.

Step 2: Payment Details

Enter your payment details including cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and CVV code with secure payment gateway processing.

Step 3: Payment Confirmation

Add optional company details for billing including company name, GST number, complete address information, and review final pricing before completing the purchase.

Feature-Level Usage Tracking

The system tracks credit consumption across all platform features, including messaging campaigns, automation workflows, AI processing, content management, and other operational activities based on your workspace configuration.

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Plan your credit requirements carefully based on historical usage data and upcoming campaigns.
